The beginnings of the Machines - Design and Production company date back to 1994 and
the engineering activity - design services, machine repairs and technical consultancy. In 1999, we made
a project, of a very high importance to us, of a machine producing a knot mesh for the protection of
highways, forests and farming areas - LS. It turned out to be the basis of our company's success. The
next generations of the LS machines (LS5; LS6; LS8; LS9) were constantly modernized as a result of
gaining new experiences. They have passed the test well in continuous use. We also introduced new
solutions in previously sold machines, increasing their quality and efficiency
We are one of the three companies in the world that offer machines of our own design for the production
of knotted mesh. In Europe, only our machines have been purchased for several years, because they are of
high quality, extremely versatile and failure-free, and their price is several times lower than that of
our competitors. Chinese machines are cheaper than ours, but their quality and efficiency are still very
low and they are not real competition in the demanding European market, as their buyers have found out.
Many elements of our machines are delivered by reputable, specialized companies with a global
reach. We use modern Mitsubishi drive systems; LG, as well as elements from Festo, Pneumax, Igus,
Synchrobelt, Gates, Iwis, Ringspann, SKF, FAG, INA, Fluro.
We also make machines according to
the needs and specifications of customers, as well as machines for other applications.
